Just pick a scheme and stick to it. Red connector, white writing, red connector; black connector, clear wiring, black connector, or vice versa.</description>

		<description>Hi.If you look closely, the insulation will be a different shape or thickness.( but the wire inside is the same) If it is then connect both ends of one shape to the positive connectors of you Amp.and Speakers. and both ends of the other shape to the negative connectors of you Amp. and Speakers (usually red =positive and black = negative.)  If you only have writing on one side then use that as positive or negative.</description>

The markings are so you can hook the Negative jack on the back of the receiver to the Negative jack on the back of the speaker.

You just have to be consistent and you will be fine.</description>
